We teach the art of pole fitness in Brisbane. We embrace all styles of pole fitness and dance to ensure there is a class to suit everyone.  We have casual class options as well as 8-week courses where you'll learn basic tricks, spins and choreography, progressing through to our advanced levels. Pole fitness tones and strengthens the body in a fun and challenging way. There are many different styles to try, whether you're drawn to the strength and acrobatic aspect or the flow & sexy side, we have something for you.


Our range of classes including pilates, flexibility, trick classes, pole dance, floor flow and aerials classes (coming soon) will help you get fit, healthy and toned in a safe and supportive environment.


In our pole classes we incorporate different styles of dance to ensure a well rounded workout that includes cardio.

We also offer casual classes catered to those who are interested in the flow and dance aspect of pole
